Our rates are as posted; You can bring in your alcohol and choose from our great list of approved caterers, so there are no bar or food minimums. A Day-of-Coordinator is required for all weddings. We can accommodate up to 50 for the ceremony/reception.

OUR BOOKING PROCESS
DEPOSIT & FEES
1/2 of the facility fee is due with a signed contract. The remaining balance and $500 refundable deposit will be due 30 days before the event.
Additional Fees:
Liability Insurance from wedsafe.com is required for all events. $150 (prices subject to change without notice)​
Non-Weddings $100/hour (Sunday - Friday) Additional fees may apply.
Minimum of 10-hour rental for non-wedding/anniversary events. Pay for all the time-space used, including set-up /breakdown.
Set up and break down of table and chairs $250

ACTIVITY POLICIES
All outdoor activities must end by 10 pm
All guests must depart by 11 pm
A security officer is required for all events. (additional fees may apply)
